Config update for lighting
changed ca world from tanoa so should no longer require apex to play.
updated to jbad environment sounds moques and market sounds.
water has a bug when set at 19%-39% cloud so go high or low to get round the bug.

Sat image update.
Mask update.
Textures update.
Lightbox update.
Sounds added.
Added more paths and roads through greenzone.
Dug ditches right through the greenzone.
Reduced cell size now 2.5.
Swapped lots of fields round and added sugarkane and other crops.
Overhauled greenzone to a massive extent.
