Hands now have own good icons (sorry for lag that'll be on first open after this update :/)
Hands tab will not be filled with duplicates, and will show which hands can be customized

No more hands in pm list

SMD bodygroup name under slider for both pm and c_hands bodygroups

Fixed hands drawing at worldspawn (forgot to set nodraw)
