M14 and SKS no longer have RackAfterShoot = TRUE, should now work as intended.
M14 no longer gives .22, but 7.62x51mm as intended

Removed code to stop jamming

Increased spawnrate of all items.
Changed some items to spawn in new places and removed some item spawns.
Added a flashlight for rifles with a new model. New models for pistol flashlights and lasers.
Changed some weaponparts to not require screwdrivers.
Fixed extendable stocks, still not as fluid as previously in B41.
Fixed a bug with breaking improvised suppressors not using the correct sandbox setting.
Fixed screwdriver requirement sandbox setting to actually make it so you don't require a screwdriver to add weapon parts when activated.
