Removed some firemode code than might have been causing a bug where other weapons than the intended SPAS12 would have the flag RackAfterShoot as true

Fix: Improvised Flashlight Suppressor recipe should now remove the flashlight used for the recipe.

Beta build:
Visible magazines, Firearms without magazines will now visually not have them.
Sawn off lever action rifles.
New M4 weapon, very rare as in 1993 it would have been a very new weapon system.
Weapons that should spawn with certain attachments now do(Mp5, Uzi, Mac10 and SPAS-12 now spawn with their stocks. M4 Spawns with a carry handle and stock.)
Limited amount of attachments that can come preattached to weapons. It was a bit excessive.

Vanilla version attachments should now appear correctly.

Models for shotgun attachments are now visible.
