CORE: Bison, Yak
VAE Arid: Wildebeest, Zebra
VAE Extreme Desert: Camel
VAE Tropical Swamp: Indian Elephant

* Added load order tags to have us below mods we provide retextures for

* Gave a few animals shiny new packs - the Core animals Alpaca, Donkey, Dromedary, Elephant, Horse, and Muffalo have gotten the upgraded pack textures!

* Massive improvement to load time impact! In our testing, load time was roughly 33% after this change, from 300ms to 100ms. Slower systems should see even more benefit!
