General Changes:
  • Changed "Prostitution Tax" to "Sex Work Tax"


Balance Changes:
Strengthen Tax Code:
  • Added quite a few new effects. Now affects the income of more taxes than just income and corporation.
  • Increased negative modifier for wealthy opinion
  • Added positive modifier for poor opinion
  • Added small negative modifier for middle income opinion.

Land Value Tax:
  • Increased political capital cost

Religious Institutions Tax:
  • Increased political capital cost
  • Increased negative modifier to charity
  • Slightly increased negative modifier to religious income.

Immigrant Tax:
  • Reduced negative modifier to ethnic minority opinion
  • Increased negative modifier to liberal opinion

  • Land Value Tax: Acts as a way to tax owned land. Development or construction doesn't matter, only the direct value of the land.


Balance Changes:
  • Strengthen Tax Code: Added a few modifications and tweaks to values to better suit reality.

BALANCE:

Gaming Tax:
1. Now reduces GDP to balance for increased GDP from gambling
2. Makes capitalists more angry.
3. Increased poverty modifier.


Prostitution Tax:
1. Now reduces GDP to balance for increased GDP from prostitution
2. Removed health benefit.
3. Reduced equality modifier.
4. Initially makes conservatives mad (Profiting off of "Sin"), but eventually makes them happy at very high taxation amounts.


Religious Institution Tax:
1. Now reduces charity
