This mod acts as a (expensive) way to drastically reduce tax evasion in your country. Also increases the total amount of income both "Income Tax" and "Corporation Tax" provide. Because of these effects, it upsets both capitalists and the wealthy as well as reduces their income. At high levels, it may cause a corporate exodus if not controlled for.

GENERAL CHANGES:

1. Changed "Organized Religion Tax" to "Religious Institutions Tax" to better reflect what the policy is doing.

With all the extreme religious policies in the game, I figured that we could do with one in the opposite direction for those players going in the direction of a liberal society. Depends on the number of religious people in your country. Makes religious people SUPER angry.

BALANCE:

Prostitution Tax:
Added a negative modifier to the happiness of self-employed.

Gambling Tax:
Increased the amount that the gambling tax contributes to poverty.
