IMPORTANT TEMPORARY FIX

- Disabled all weapons broken by the recent update to the base mod
- Quickly fixed some major issues introduced
- E.g. all players spawning as babies after the 1st round of the map

Added convars, fixed jester wins not working with Noxx's new custom roles for TTT mod, finally fixed being able to spam the wavegun way more than intended, most guns extra reserve ammo has been changed to a small amount
