Fixed lua error from base mod when shooting the Ray Gun Mark II

Completely override old weapon icons with new ones and force-download them to hopefully finally fix them for TTT2

Added TTTThundergunDamage hook for new Thundergun Pack-a-Punch upgrade

Added new convar: ttt_shrinkray_can_sprint_while_baby 1

Fixed lua error when damaging a player with the upgraded wind or lightning staffs

Fixed buy menu icons not working with TTT2

Removed redundant console command

Fixed sliquifier damage convar not working

Implemented the upgraded staff of wind and staff of lightning; however, they are only available through another mod giving it to you (e.g. the randomat)
