-Changed the spawning numbers to have a little more randomness.
-Changed it so the juveniles in the herds are a little younger than they were before.
-Added elephant type attack onto non-alpha turtles as well.

changed the Alpha Turtle to have the elephant type attack and weapon as requested.

Fixed the single herdless turtle not having any AI.
