* Fixed a bug where the director would not regen points on a new round

* Director now starts with 30 points (was 0)

* Director regens points faster (now every 2 seconds)

* Adjusted some special costs (mainly boss zombies cost more)

* Common cost 3 now and spawn in groups of 9
