-Now the ferian Pirate Faction can be removed or added multiple times on the new faction selection screen when creating a new world like other factions, I missed this feature on the initial 1.3 update

-Added 1.3 compatibility
-Added Ideology DLC compatibility

this are not changes to the mod but technically counts
-Added a new image to the mod
-Remade the description of the mod entirely

The mod has been uploaded to the workshop, this mod was originally designed for personal use so it has been finished by months already, decided to upload it for others to have in case they also want a pirate ferian faction
