Fire Paper Damage buff lowered to +15% from 30%.

Patched a typo in one of the town events that may cause it not to show.

- Patched blue text string from camping while Frenzied
- Patched Affliction/Virtue sprites not having drop shadows and causing the edges of the glow effects to be really intense (hopefully)

Bug causing Chinese to switch with English fixed. Had accidentally left in the English version along side the Chinese Dialogue when the translation had been done.

Patched self inflicted bleed not happenign with blood bullets

- Bloodied Eye Bandages changes to have 15% stress reduction and 15% stress reduction vs eldritch (use to be 20% and 20%)
- Bone Marrow Ash, tool tip added to show the -30% DMG Ranged Skills from first ranged skill use
- Powder Keg Badge buffed to 15% DMG Ranged Skills and 15% DMG vs Beast (use to be 10% and 10%)
