Hopefully fixed Blood Bullet's missing tooltip for if you didn't have Colors of Madness.

Fixed character placements of Nail Bomb so it shows both the hero and all four enemies.

Adjusted damage buff effects of Blood Bullets so there's only one buff call statement for multiple buffs instead of multiple buff call statements in order to streamline the code a bit.

Patched strings on his Vigilant stress_heal_self barks that caused them to be missing.

Nail Bomb now targets all four spots.
Nail Bomb damage reduced.
Nail Bomb bleed chance reduce.
Nail Bomb bleed changed to 1/2/3 for 4 turns.

This is to help it synergize a better with Spear Thrust.

Localization cleaned up to remove unneeded strings that may have been causing crashes.
