Updates to attempt to resolve the exorbitant sparkplug damage introduced by 1.14

Ttop Crash Fix: Ttops are now just removable attachments instead of animated doors which is probably more realistic anyway. (This is very hard to test because it is hard for me to repeat the crash conditions but I think it's fixed)

Jerry Can attachment

Custom Blackouts Dry Bag Attachment (100 capacity)

Field Transceiver Attachment (You can turn it on before you attach it but I have not fully tested the functionality)

Increased roof rack capacity to 600 (was 500)

Increased Corvette capacity to 250 (was 200)

Updated Trader Types to Include all color variants of the Blackouts Dry Bag

Patched the exploit to carry the 1000 and 500 storage roof rack inside backpacks and other storage items. Server owners were complaining about the exploit. Sorry exploiters! The roof racks should only be used on the vehicle.
