Changes.
1-Lower the water high and change the transparency of the water.
2-Atmosphere.
3-One point in middle (victory point) removed and replace the two munition points by two victory points.So victory points now are four.Also two normal points replaced by two munition points.
4-Add code so to reduce and keep the incoming rate to normal values and be as is in maps with ten normal points.
5-The two "broken" bridges (middle left and middle right) replaced by normal bridges and don't need repair.
6-Small changes to concrete splines,so to align the straight lines.
