Balance changes:

Since Blacksmith has a lot of spammy attacks and combos, the damage of dtilt, jab, ftilt, nair, bair and fspecial is slightly reduced(mostly reduced 1-2% of each hitbox).

reduced knockback of bair and dstrong (dstrong has a very strong confirm after nspecial, so i had to tune it down a little)
