Revised c3m4 rescue dialogue
Ellis: No longer requires tank interactions for his lines pertaining to Virgil's arrival, they now trigger on "FinalVehicleSpotted" if he's the first to use that concept.

All survivors: Will use a print, forcing Virgil to signal his arrival via radio BEFORE blowing the gate up.
