Added docking port selection indicator in navigation terminal.
Added flood mode indicator in navigation terminal.

Added a delay to the docked-to-outpost circuit in order to prevent flickering when the station's reactor is unreliable.
Fixed docking ports' undocking.
Removed the GUI show from linked fabricators due to UI overlap.
Removed one of the sub's batteries, increased recharge rate to the remaining three.
Changed the duct blocks' circuits to more effectively dry the hull they're in.
Added stealth mode indicator in command room and changed the way stealth mode works (no longer automatically with reactor shutdown, but manually toggleable in navigation terminal).
Reactor fuel consumption reduced by 1/6 (from 0.3 to 0.25).

The emergency lights are no longer fake.
Added a circuit to set charge rate of batteries and supercapacitors to 100% while receiving power from the top docking port, reverting to previous values when no longer receiving power.
