- Anointed Plague Monks now gain bonuses from the Plague Laboratory

Note: This version will not be updated with the recent changes to the Plague Laboratory mechanics that have been added to the vanilla version.

- Fixed conflict with Lord Skrolk's Gaseous Ejections skill and an SFO skill that were using the same position on the character skills panel. Have moved the Gaseous Ejections skill to the next available slot so it should be visible.
