  • Added new leaderscene and leader icon by Janboruta
  • Added new unit flag icon by Janboruta
  • Added new civ icon and colour scheme thanks to Sukritact
  • Added new-ish UA effects
  • Added new UB: the Kaserne, which assumes the old UA effects
  • Replaced the City-State of Geneva with Saravejo, instead of Thimphu
  • Added internal support for Gedemon's YnAEMP and Sukritact's Decisions
  • Added expanded diplomacy
  • Implemented a new method of updating the tooltip thanks to bc1

Fixed issue with the Combat Medic being avaliable to other civs.
Fixed incorrect text display with the Thimphu City-State.
Made Lubeck and Thimphu replace Geneva and Zurich, instead of deleting the latter and adding the former.
Halved the bonus for keeping Manpower for yourself, and reduced the cap.

Fixed a bug where reloading a saved game would effect social policy cost.

Fixed a problem where if you or the AI were to recieve 6+ Manpower at once the Military production bonus would not be applied.
