-A few minor texture tweaks

Actualización: 20 OCT 2020 a las 22:20

-Accidentally left out the the Mask texture on the regular arms' material, the armor bits on the arms should be much better looking now

Version 1.2.1

-(FUCKING FINALLY) Fixed the thin outlines on the chrome bits using some Model and Material trickery (technical explanation below)

Essentially, i separated the chrome bits from the primary textures and gave them their own material, doubled up the models on top of themselves, and used an Opacity Mask on the separated chrome bits so that only they would show up if placed on the models. This means you have one instance of the model for the primary texture, and another instance for the chrome bits.

The problem was with the UnitArmor_M material itself, the main WOTC armor material most people use, specifically the Mask texture's Red channel; the Metalness/Specular channel. Basically, if you have a piece of cloth with no metalness in the Red channel, but you also have some big chrome graphics layered on top of it that have a full 255 metalness, you'd get this nasty outline effect surrounding the graphics, which you can see in the first screenshot above.

Obviously, you can't just make the metalness channel pure white across the entire thing, or else the cloth parts would also look like metal. So, with the chrome bits now using their own material, i actually just took the metalness channel and made it pure white, which stopped the outline effect completely.

Now, since the models are doubled up on top of each other to achieve this effect, players running on older hardware MIGHT see a slight performance drop when using this set. Unfortunately, it seems that's the cost for having proper, outline-less chrome graphics.

Version 1.2

-Completely re-worked the textures to support UnitArmor_M_ClearCoat, which makes the chrome bits actually look chrome now

-The outlines around the chrome bits are mostly gone, except on the Inverted set where you can still see some tiny outlines if you use a dark color for the chrome bits

-The chrome bits can now be tinted with the Secondary color slot, the helmet bits that previously used this slot have been moved to the Primary color slot

Version 1.1.1

-Fixed the chrome metal bits having a thin white outline in certain lighting conditions by changing out the materials on the armor from UnitArmor_M (the new WOTC material) to SoldierArmorCustomizable_TC (the old Vanilla material, which ironically works way better for this set)

This also makes said chrome metal bits brighter and whiter, which makes it look more akin to how it looks in Destiny (The chrome bits can be kind of hard to see their shininess in some lighting conditions, i.e. the Avenger, but it's still way better than it was before)

Version 1.1

-Added inverted versions of all body parts (The chrome snake graphics don't have any reflectivity with these versions, but oh well)

-Improved tint masks

-Slightly better roughness and metal masks

Version 1.01

-Adjusted the roughness on the chrome snake skeleton graphics so it doesn't have a fugly white outline when light hits it

-Slightly less chrome snake skeleton graphics
