-Added the Cloak as a standalone Torso Deco option

-Better adjusted cloak physics

-Re-worked the tint masks; the Primary slot now controls a lot more sections of the armor set

-Removed the Inverted Set, as with the new tint masks it isn't really necessary anymore

-Removed some un-needed textures and meshes
