recompiled for new patch

recompiled with new lighting and changed asset set

fixed - windows in lower courtyard stairs have no collisions.
fixed - blue and white texture on entrance to front spiral stairs. -and lower door
fixed - gap above lower spiral stair window (front SS)
put barriers on dead end stairs....
fixed texture in mason spawn, and both spiral stair cases.LTS

technical rebuild

added texture/material detailing
otherwise a technical update

fixed physical footstep sound errors.
Fixed soem stuck and fall through points
some lighting tweaks
front spiral stairs had a blockage
reduced volumes on duel map
