Definitely Not Mage Armor debuff changed from -5 armor absorption to -1 resistance of each mundane damage type, -15 magic resistance to -5 magic resistance, and now you can stack it 5 times. Savvy scaling reduced as well; it now takes 50 Savvy to get the full 10mp reduction.
