Certain non-damaging abilities will now anger neutral and friendly factions when cast on them.

AI no longer targets prisoners with abilities, courtesy of Torann.
Autocasting no longer interrupts prioritized jobs.

A new class, the Support Specialist has been released.

Some of Medic's hediffs have been reduced in strength and duration. Their Emergency icon has been updated.
Elemental Gunner should now function properly with its pistol specialization.
Snipers and Super Soldiers have a new cantrip they can learn.
