Commander no longer starts with the Backup Grenade ability. It has been replaced with a new skill, Diplomatic Negotiations. You'll need to reset any existing Commanders to get the new skill.

Fixed a bug where the final rank of Rend Soul would instantly kill its target.

Updated the dispel pool, adding a few new dispellable effects while removing some extraneous ones.
