Updated to Fate of Iberia v1.6.

Interestingly the Fate of Iberia DLC does not use or intersect with fervour at all, indicating the DLC studio have moved away from the mechanic. In the mean time we're still left the fervour mechanic in the base game (there are still around 650 fervour mentions in common and events), even if it is broken and on the scaffolds.

I've added fervour gain and loss for the Struggle County War casus belli added by the DLC when fought between opposing faiths so it's cohesive with what this mod and Fervour Midpoint Rebalance do with fervour. Same fervour gain and loss as for county holy wars, +3 for winning, -1 for losing, +1/-1 for white peace, as per the table above.

I'm working on re-enabling Holy Wars during the hostility phase of a struggle, which is disabled for some reason (the dev's themselves question why in a code comment), likely in a new separate mod for compatibility reasons.
