Succession scripts not working as intended, ai could switch laws too. had to take a different approach changed the laws directly.

  • Created succession law script to check for Treaty of Rheinfelden decision flag. Laws should now not default back to partition.

  • Will keep Reaffirm decision that adds primogeniture to culture as fall back if the above fix does not work.

  • can now form Archduchy of Austria as an idependent ruler.
