- The problem of 'battle of britain' event doesn't get triggered is solved.
- 'Direct control from berlin' focus has been balanced
- For player Germany: starting factory count nerfed
- For player Soviet: starting factory count buffed
- Triggeretion of Barbarossa events changed (Didn't test it)
