*added new pirate starbase icons for galaxy map
*added new starbase icon for freshly introduced level 6 starbase "Eternal Citadel"
*reworked pirate station defense station icons
*added new file that stops making this mod usable without using ACG (necessary due to the latest ACG update)
=> DO NOT USE THIS MOD ANYMORE IF YOU DO NOT USE ACG MAIN MOD
