Added auto run to script.

Added launch command. This is a command I made back in sourcemod. I didn't get the chance to fully finish it with effects yet.

Added new function to map command. Will now show current map if no argument is given.

Other stuffs.

Added new command: godrevive (Revives with god enabled)

Added new command: map (Allows you to change the current map)

Added new command: beckon (Allows you to tell player bots to move to another player)

Added new command: debugoutput (Prints the supplied filter would hit to console of activator)

Changed chat commands to not be case sensitive.

A few other changes.
