-Diagnosed an issue causing some players to be unable to load their private hero decks from Marvel CDB. Players must have "Share your deck" checked/selected under the "edit account" tab for their account. Added a note on the hero builder instructing players to make sure this setting is selected.

-Corrected B side images for Red Skull Scenario Main Scheme 1B and 2B

- Updated quality of scan images for Kang, Kang Expert, and Temporal Modular Set
- Removed "Kang Standard" and "Kang Expert" options from Encounter Builder and replaced with "Kang". Kang Expert set is now placed when players choose to include Expert Modular.
