-Sirhind independence event will now trigger the right away on startup. Previously nearby players could declare humiliation war/nocb on delhi and block the event from happening.
-Some events will trigger immidiately on the game load instead of waiting ~1month(sunni religious school choice, indonesians discovering australia, colony cleanup event, english +1mil event, and mentioned above sirhind independence).
-Some bug fixes and localisation errors
-Fixed ex-ming tributary nations having negative prestige at the start(subject nations start with negative prestige and the game considered them subject even with nonexistant ming)
-Religious rebels enforcing demands will now take 5% crownland instead of 10%.
-Every playable country in a game will now start with the equal crownland(30 or sometimes for some reason 29.998).
-Tunis trade node now flows into Safi instead of Sevilla
-Hudson Bay trade now additionally flows into California
-Patagonia(most southern south america node) now additionally flows to Lima.
-Horde governments now has access to burghers
-Buffed Tribes manpower privilege to from 20% to 25% static manpower(same as polish privilege).
-Added lvl 1 Center of Trade to California(Nootka) and Gulf of St Lawrance(Kespek)
-Changed Swiss mercenary mission to reflect the merc changes(instead of 3 merc companies you need 40mercs and gives 150mil mana as a reward)
-Changed Manchurian missions to reflect merc changes. "Ten great campaigns" mission requires 50 AT instead of banners and "Eight Banners" requires 90% of fl and army consisting of 20% cavalry.

-fixed merc province spawning/staying on unstated provinces thus not giving mercs.
-Players now have 182 days(half a year) to delete newly conquered forts that border other forts. Previously random fort was deleted after the month tick if the fort was uneligible -> now it will be deleted after 182 days if if the fort province is freshly acquired.
-Franconian ideas buffed by 7.5% shock dmg received
-Bohemia tag can form Franconia without need of the culture switch. Additionally Franconia need only 4 provinces of franconian culture instead of 6.
-Moroco ruler now have bold fighter starting personality.
-hormuz ruler from 3/5/4 to 3/5/5
-Transoxiana ruler from 3/5/4 to 3/5/5
-Transoxiana heir from 3/4/2 to 3/3/5(done becasue all neighbours have at least 5 miltech and transoxiana ruler + heir are old)
-Starting mewari rebels removed.
-Mamluks can form rum without need of the culture switch.
-Removed german regional tags.
-Hormuz can form Yemen without need of the culture switch
-Countries with Khaleji culture(Hormuz primary culture) can enthrone timurid prince.
-Khaleji culture can form timurids now
-Swedish age of absolutism ability "Swedish Recruitment" now also available to Scandinavia
-If the player had +max absolutism age ability in both ages(revolutions and aboslutism) then he will gain 15absolutism through event. It is done in order to make up for the lost absolutism between the ages.
-Delhi no longer has cores on "Feyzabad", "Lucknow", "Kannauj", "Etawah" and "Kalpi" that Jaunpur at the start owns(5 provinces and 50 development less).

General:
Can declare wars while in regency.
Can seize land from estates even while at war.
Ai will no longer trigger generic missions if the country is a colonial nation or was a player before.
Sale of titles gold gain halved.
Religious zeal modifier from -100% to -10% missionary strength.
Edict “Religion Enforced” from the age of reformation objective now gives 100% resistance instead of 90%.
Inno/Quality policy now 15 Inf CA(was 20 in 1.28, 10 in 1.30)
Aristo/Espionage policy reverted back to 20 Cav CA(was 20 in 1.28 and 10 in 1.30)
Uncontested cores no longer give monthly prestige penalty.
Losing core no longer give prestige penalty.
Fixed abandon core tooltip being inaccurate(no cost alrdy).
“Create a Grand Fleet” generic mission now grants +10% heavy and galley CA instead of 10% naval morale.
Alexandria trade node now flows into Tunis and Ragusa instead of Genoa and Venice.
Lima trade node now flows into Polynesian Triangle
Zambezi trade node now flows into Kongo(instead of the other way around).
AI can no longer build certain buildings unless the province meets the requirements. The buildings are: temples(requirements), marketplaces(requirements) and naval buildings(requirements). The limits are only present for an AI in order to prevent Ai from wasting building slots on less optimal buildings.

Europe:
British ideas nerfed from 20% naval morale to 15% naval morale(ideas).
Prussian mission “Professional Army” now requires 20% army professionalism and 75 AT instead of 50% army professionalism(you can't gain professionalism by drilling).
Prussian mission “An Army with a State '' now requires 50% army professionalism and 600 standing army instead of 100% AP and 60 standing army(you can't gain professionalism by drilling).
Danish ideas now 15% Inf CA instead of 10% Shock(ideas).
Polish Crown age ability now also available to Lithuania.
Siche Rada government buffed by having +2 random candidate bonus and government capacity from 50 to 150(still does not have estates).
Lithuania now has access to the decision that allows them to switch government into Siche Rada. Ai will not click this decision. Keep in mind that Siche Rada does not have estates thus usually being weaker than normal governments.
Lithuanian land autonomy lowered.
Lithuania now has ruthenian primary culture.
Ruthenia additional 10 fire dmg more in ideas(ideas).
Tuscany formation now grants it’s mission tree. If a player didn't start as Florence then the Tuscan mission tree will not have a dev cost reduction modifier and interest per annum modifier won't be permanent.
Prussia is now prussian blue.
France and the Emperor no longer gets PU CB on Milan. Claims on lombardy area instead.
Changed slightly ai chance in the Moldavian march event. 75% - polish march/15% - hungarian march/10% - independent(compared to 65%/20%/15% before).
Scandinavia now tech 10 formable.
Polish/Hungarian and Bohemian King events MTTH lowered.

Asia:
Timurids no longer exist and the land got split into splinter minors(picture). Playable countries are Qara Qoyunlu, Hormuz, Transoxiana and Sirhind. Sirhind, Transoxiana and Hormuz noticeably bigger.
Timurids lost all their cores.
Hormuz, Transoxiana and Sirhind are bigger than before(check the picture above)
Hormuz starts as Ibadi and ruler buffed from 2/4/2 to 3/5/4
Hormuz national ideas buffed(ideas).
Hormuz province now ibadi and development buffed from 3/3/1 to 5/5/5
Muscat province development buffed from 4/4/1 to 4/4/4
Nizwa province development buffed from 3/3/3 to 4/4/3 and tradegood changed from wool to spices.
Ibra and Nizwa trade good changed to cloth.
Qatar now t1 center of trade
Qatar, Bahrain, Muscat, Liwa, Baraimi, Nizwa and Ibra are now drylands.
Malayan ideas nerfed from 15% naval morale into 10% naval morale(ideas).
Qara Qoyunlu starts with Aq Qoyunlu missions.
Qara Qoyunlu additional 7.5% morale in national ideas(ideas)
Margalla province now has a fort.
Shimazu starts with additional Hyuga, Higo and Hizen provinces(3 provinces, 24 dev buff. 33 dev overall)
Yemen national ideas 10Inf CA replaced with 5 discipline(ideas).
Marathas now tech 10 formable.
Uzbek no longer starts with feudalism.
Uzbek northern provinces 15 unrest removed.
Jaunpur no longer starts with accepted cultures.
Jaunpur has all major indian nations set to historical rivals.
Delhi historical rival with all india player countries and transoxiana(so players cannot ally AI Delhi to cuck Sirhid).
Majapahit and Brunei(Indonesia playable nations) have an event that discovers Australia and Papua for them.

Africa:
African colonist reform is now african mainland only(previously players could colonise african islands and block the colonisers). Additionally the government is not lost after ai control anymore(ai does not have colonist/colonial growth modifiers however).
Tyo(Songo) is now t1 center of trade in order to give Kongo trade node little bit more trade power(plus better devving).
Moved Kongo discipline national idea into traditions spot(ideas).
Kongo now has a special decision giving them a possibility to go back to Fetishist religion if it is the dominant religion(in case a player wants to stick to the old religion and only reform the government for better units).
Bachwezi national ideas shock dmg received nerfed from -15% to -10%. Additionally, the legitimacy idea now gives devotion and republican tradition in case a player changes the government into republic or theocracy(ideas).
Mali ruler buffed from 1/0/0 to 4/4/2.
Mali now starts with feudalism.
Egypt now tech 10 formable.

China:
Qi starts with 10% morale of armies instead of having it in ambitions slot(ideas).
Manchurian privilege “Primacy to the bannerman” giving morale now gives -10%fl penalty instead of -5%fl.
Jianzhou now starts with the 5year truce with Yan(Now has a truce overall with Yan, Qi and Jin)
Shun and Jin are now historical rivals to make them less likely to ally.
Fixed China minors having access to an entire mission tree(final missions were supposed to be acquired from chinese major formable)

New World:
Colony debuff -50% naval FL changed into -25%. Also added 10% morale of navies penalty(the modifier). Made it so the colonies are still worse at naval warfare than old world tags but can have acceptable force limit for transports etc.
Added event that resets stability, corruption and all government reforms(beside t1) for colonies. Event triggers right after the player sits on a colony for the first time and can trigger only once.
Added triggered modifier for AI controlled colonies that were previously a player that lowers their liberty desire by 30.
Colonial nations that gain provinces outside of their colonial region will now give it back to their overlord(kudos to dabe).
Colonies cannot ask and receive support independence.
Colonies cannot declare war against their overlord.
Due to the low amount of coastline, colonies with capital inside of the Louisiana colonial region now have a special event that gives +20naval force limit(it is affected by colony debuff).
Louisiana ideas buffed from 5% morale of armies to 10% and -10% build cost into -15%(ideas).
Cuba ideas nerfed from +1naval tradition to +0.5 and from +10% morale of navies to +7.5%(ideas).
Brazil national ideas now give 0.3 republican tradition instead of legitimacy due to colonial government type(ideas).

Other:
Papal Subjugation and Occupation of Rome triggered modifier penalties ai only now.
Return Rome Papal event will not trigger for players.
Board of Admirals republic gov reform now selectable with full maritime ideas instead of naval(naval is unavailable)

other minor bug fixes
