jacket bodygroup BACK by popular demand

REMOVED the jacket bodygroup, USELESS

added bodygroup for the undershirt, not that i know when youd use that but someone wanted it

smoothed out the textures a bit, removing the compression artifacts from TF2

minor topology edits

minor normal map edits, still ugly in some spots though

added bodygroup for the jacket, just in case

deleted 1 polygon that was hiding behind the badge

added phong exponent
