Made door frames non-colliding to fix issues with breakable door mods (Doors would get stuck between two sides of the door frame and not be allowed to fall down)
Converted secret stairs to func_movelinear from func_door. This may allow nav mesh to treat it as normal stairs

WIP building additions and increased the speed of the elevator. uploaded prematurely to fix a fatal error that found the actual map file to be missing, rendering the addon useless
