Fixed:

House Hyuga/Uchiha event chain lagging the game by the ai having access to the event now it is decision based and the ai cant touch it

Added:

*Rinnegan Quest line (You need the ems to start it) it is required to obtain the rinnegan trait
*Game Rule to enable/disable the sharingan auto level system
*Game Rule to enable/disable the random trait assignment event chain
*Era of chakra bookmark (Play as Kagyua with her sons Hagoromo and Hamura)
*Decision to convert to the sage of six paths religion (it is to offeset the enent the fires when the game start that sets your character to a random faith)

Added: Ability to steal the sharingan from another character with a chance of it not working
Added: Ability to swap your mangekyo with a sibling in order to obtain the eternal sharingan

TODO:
Make it so that if obtain eternal sharingan with family members that are not siblings to have a chance at failing
Setup awakening the Rinnegan Event chain

Fixed Bug where multiple sharingan traits were appearing on characters
implemented the ability to obtain the Mangekyo Sharingan via interaction by killing family members

Added Option to Ignore the Dojutsu event

Fixed AI having the on_action triggered for them instead of only the player

Fixed: on_action bug that was causing a lot of issues now it works properly

Update:
- added physical eyes corresponding to dojutsu
- added forbidden eyes/gene. Happens when uchiha/hyuga make babies. Only 30% chance
- added more mangekyo forms (So far there's 4. More will be added)
- overhaul of sharingan leveling event.
- Mangekyo/rinnegan/rinne-sharingan has their own event. We'll implement stealing eyes in the future.
- added custom cultures for uchiha/hyuga. For now, culture isn't being used much but when we make the naruto bookmark, it'll be lit.

- when training your sharingan, trait wont disappear now.
- Rinnegan and other OP traits don't randomly appear on characters now

Added custom eyes like the Rinnegan/Sharingan now appearing in the eyes of characters who have said dojutsu traits

make it so that the Mangekyo Sharingan/Eternal Sharingan/Rinne-Sharingan appear when having said traits
