*Search the beast event chain now works (no more multiple people with the same tailed beast traits)

Fixed: Search the beasts event is now working (still a few kinks but now everyone doesnt get the traits yay)
Fixed: The combination chakra natures not being combined properly (it was a 5% chance for them to combine together)
Added: The edo tensei jutsu has now been implemented let me know the bugs you find(and yes you can use it an infinite amount of times still a wip
