- Some file updates for the patch
- Fixed some innovations not being assigned and also changed the initial early medieval innovations from 1066 to 997 so the 2 bookmarks before 1066 aren't exactly the same as 936.

- History fixes
- Did a terrain pass over parts of Asia and added the 3 terrain types that were in Ibn Buta/Sinews of War. For example, India is no longer 70% plains.
