- Added various things that were suggested on Discord

- Removed Res Republica from the mod. The mod hasn't been properly maintained and was prone to having random issues and possibly causing other slowdowns. This also removes some areas that could cause compatibility issues with other mods (primarily character interactions). Hopefully Paradox gets to adding things like Republics in the next couple years or a new mod that's better maintained is created.

- I'm bad at changelogs. Overall various fixes and mod compatibility improvements (such as with ME) and some additions from suggestions made on Discord
