- Fixed some issues I noticed in my error log and further localization cleanup

- Various bug fixes and further localization cleanup. Let me know if you notice any localization oddities due to this. Broke up the Oghuz Dynasty into the 6 major tribes instead. Open to suggestions on any other dynasties that should maybe be more broken up.
