[Update 3]
Fixes:
- Particles not getting removed when grid gets removed (have not been able to replicate but fix should prevent it)
- Particles not getting removed if the thruster gets damaged/grinded
- Fixed crash due to mods that replace the sbc. If this happends the heat effect wont be visible

Bonus
-Added support for "AQD - Armored Thrusters"

Note
Biggest issue atm is that performance will tank if you have a a lot of grids with hydrogen thrusters in the world. Hopefull ill have it solved soon.
