FEATURES:
-- Added a new item! Dicekind:
- This new item adds 4 luck whenever any active is used.
- Passive for Vriska.
- Appears in shops and greed mode shops.
-- Tweaked how Fluorite Octet works.
- Will now give between 1-8 Luck instead of flat +8.

BUG FIXES:
- Fixed a bug in which Fluorite Octet would reset its charge after switching rooms.
- Fixed a bug in which Fluorite Octet would not synergize with The Battery properly.
- Fixed a bug in which you could get infinite HP when using Converter.
- Fixed animations overlapping or playing incorrectly.
