Performance update
- setup agressive visboxes, culling boxes and fade distances
- optimized displacements and building geometry
- reduced detail density
- replaced expensive assets
- optimized VIS
- replaced editable hammer mesh with cheaper models with custom collision and LODs
- created LODs for trains
