**UPDATE**
Removed 'temp fix' for BIs messup with 1.18.. all works properly now.
Changed to vanilla notication system when finding stuff.

FIXED server hang and slow boot times... Servers now boot EXTREMELY fast..

Squashed some older bugs with searching.
Fixed potential loading issues causing server to hang..
!NOTE! Server does take longer(about 2.5mins) to load
do to some sort of engine change when calling
and killing extra treads.. Hopefull BI will
resolve this, there is NOTHING I can do to change this.
