Palestar II
-Rear airlock and access shaft pumps are now powered while docked to station
-Added a few tools to the engineering room
-Slightly decreased reactor's max output

SRR drone
-Super capacitor always charges
-Turret fire rate was reduced slightly, now starts with exploding ammo
