Fixed a small issue not the plugin was not disabled correctly when the given map was disabled in the config.

- Fixed typo in the ns2_kodiak default map con-fig.
- Ignore "enemyspawns" entry for alien spawns.
- Added the "ns2_dumpspawns <filename>" command to dump vanilla spawns into a map con-fig file.

Fixed that the spawn setup files were not loaded correctly

Changed plugins way to function and renamed it to customspawns.
