Added 6 police skins created by Chaechka
Added unis for each of the police skins found in "human/halo/halo 3/nmpd"
Added Halo 2 Anniversary elite honor guard skin (uses regular elite texmods so you can recolour them in the editor)
Added a unit using the new honor guard skin to "mp/cove" called "t5_elite_honor"
Added halo 2 elite "Loose" voice variation to the elite voice pack

Added a unit portrait for the elite honor guard
Removed the Stealth perk from T5 stats of the COVE faction, now just the stealth elite has it
Added glow texture effect to the energy sword
Removed the back holstering of the energy sword
Added item name to the energy sword

Note:
A warning with the Honor Guards, selecting more than one at a time lags the game out a bunch for some reason, at least for me. It's due to the glow effect but they should be able to run around fine. If it's too bad, you can fix it by going into the mod files, going to entity/humanskin/cove/h2a_elite_honor and removing {glow 1.5} from the following files: material_#294, material_#286, material_#274 and honoryellow1

Update 47:

Increased the maximum range of the plasma pistols to match the plasma rifles
Added the "cannot_lie" tag to the needlers, plasma pistols and plasma rifles
This should stop grunts and elites from going prone when using these guns, but tell me if it nerfs them too much
Messed with the H3 shotguns stats, increased damage and altered the firing style. Might be too strong now though
