Slight balance patch.
In My Sights now can be used from position 2 on all levels
In My Sights lower level versions now have slighly better Mark chance
Cripple can be used from position 3 on level 4
Regroup now gives stronger buffs on all levels, but no longer gives extra action on levels 4 and 5. It was too damn strong.

Nerfed his resists a bit, they were too high.
Nerfed base DMG, CRT, and max HP as well.
Stat nerf is very little, you'll probably won't even noticed it.
Resist nerf is pretty significant, but they were too huge compared to other heroes.
