Fixed small lighting issue on the cat ragdoll's ears caused by incorrect vertex normals.

I was dumb and apparently didn't update the cat phys model. It should be fixed now.

Major Update for all Cat Models:

Deleted unnecessary bones.
Parented bip_tail_2 to bip_spine_1 instead of bip_pelvis.
Fixed phys model having swapped bip_upperArm_L and bip lowerArm_L sections.
Fixed vertex normal issue around the neck causing lighting issues.
